Hot off the PEMA press -  a copy of the final Pennsylvania Evacuation
Planning and Implementation Guidebook.

Its purpose is two-fold:

1) to provide pre-event evacuation planning guidance to any community regardless of
its size – willing to take the time and effort to take such planning seriously; and

2) to serve as an on-the-spot field response plan when time does not permit calculated
pre-event planning.  There are also checklists to accompany both functions. Please feel
free to download this Guidebook  for use in your evacuation planning efforts for your
jurisdiction.
